A conveyance is the legal transfer of an ownership interest on title from one property to another. The process entails your lender sending us mortgage instructions and together with the conveyancing instructions from your realtor and the contract we either secure the mortgage on your behalf, in order to transfer title, or discharge it in order to sell the property or in the case of mortgage refinancing.
